The webinar recording features Mr. Kola Masha, the Managing Director of Doreo Partners, an impact investment firm focused on inclusive growth of African agriculture.

Doreo Partners has developed a commercial agricultural franchise model, called Babban Gona, that provides an integrated package of services to smallholders in Nigeria, including credit, inputs, training and access to markets.

Operating since 2012, Mr. Masha shared results to date and plans for scaling up the model in Nigeria over the next several years. He also talked about the important role of investment partners and commercial banks in fueling Doreo Partners' near- to medium-term growth strategy.

Kola Masha is the Managing Director of Doreo Partners, which invests in early stage businesses that increase the profitability of the agricultural sector in Nigeria, contributing to increased food security and new employment opportunities. Kola brings significant leadership experience in venture capital, corporate finance, business development, marketing and operations, across four continents with multiple global companies, including General Electric and Abiomed. Kola holds an MBA (Honors) from Harvard and Masters in Mechanical Engineering (Distinction) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT.
