Felix Musau is the CEO and founder of Mobipay, a seven year old company operating out of Kenya recognized in its innovation in the provision of technologies and services that impact the masses with a special focus in agriculture. Felix is an experienced business professional with over ten years of senior management experience in Strategy, Startup, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations in the Telecommunications & Financial Services. He has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and Cisco Certified Network Associate. 



Pauline Githugu

CEO, Century DTM Ltd, Kenya


Pauline is the CEO of Century DTM Ltd and is a legal and microfinance professional with over 13 years of professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Secretary. She has a track record in management of a regulated institution and was instrumental in advising the industry on the impact of the Microfinance Act, 2006. She heads Century which is a microfinance institution licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya. In September 2013, Pauline was recognized as one of Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government in the Financial Sector.
